Mindful Meditation

A lot of times people associate nutrition just with food practices, however, nutrition is to fuel one’s body and health. I believe it’s a mind, body and soul healthy lifestyle.
Like many, I’ve been under a lot of stress and although it’s tempting to grab the fast food since it’s quick and easy, one part of my life, I would make shortcuts on are my health and nutrition.
I’ve found meditation to be really helpful to help me relax after a long day. I’ve actually gotten to the point where I can’t fall asleep without the relaxation tapes I have.
When my doctor first proposed relaxation techniques, I laughed at the idea, but I owe a lot of my energy and saneness to the ease that these relaxation and meditation files have given me.
I challenge everyone to try it for the next week! It’s a great way to clear your mind as well as recenter yourself!
