Curious what the top 5 trending diets are? I am not advocating for these diets, but find it interesting how people come up with new diets regularly. Diets where specific foods or food groups are cut out is not for me. I’ve always been a fan of everything in moderation.
Unfortunately, some people have taken these diets to the extreme by abusing them. A lot of these diets could also be considered cleanses, which the health benefits of cleanses are still up for debate.
I like the idea of the Dolce diet–eating when hungry, starting your day off with a glass of water, eating less processed foods and more fresh foods.
I want to make you aware of what marketers are trying to see you. Have any of you tried these fad diets? What did you think of them?
