Since moving to IL, I’ve surprised myself with the amount of cooking I’ve been doing. Not only am I regularly rummaging for recipes, but I’m thinking of healthier alternatives of pre-existing recipes.
I’ve been eating pretty healthy, I’m confident I’m getting my daily recommended intake of vegetables! I’ve been craving sweets, so I decided to make some cookies.

For a healthier alternative, substitute applesauce for the 1 cup of sugar in the recipe.
The cookies are super sweet, so just one will do! 🙂
