Let’s Feed Everyone!

While the above dietary restrictions may seem daunting to cater to when you have a family member or friend coming over for a meal, it’s not as hard to accommodate as you may think. Instead, look at the needed accomodations as a fun challenge.

With increasing restrictions it’ll be great to have a few recipes on hand that ANYONE will be able to eat.

  1. Mushroom risotto with carmelized onions: Vegan; gluten free
  2. Braised Coconut Spinach and Chickpeas with Lemon
  3. Soba Noodle Salad with bok choy: gluten free
  4. Dal Palak
  5. Curried Coconut Carrot Soup
