Perhaps, you’ve heard of the 100 Day Happy Challenge from Facebook or you’ve seen people sharing pictures of what makes them happy.  I for one know I’m behind in the game, but all those can and want to should join me in the 100 Day Happy Challenge.

What does this challenge entail you ask?

It’s an international social media experiment that is challenging people to be happy every day for 100 days.  You just need to visit 100 Happy Days website and sign up by providing basic details. And you’re then ready to take the challenge. Post signing up, for a 100 days, capture an image of one thing that made you happy each day. It can be anything under the sun like eating your favourite pizza for dinner, meeting an old friend, talking to your crush, seeing a cute puppy, etc, etc. Just capture a picture of anything that made you smile that day.

The challenge is to see if you can declare what makes you happy for the next 100 days.  You may be apprehensive of such a challenge, but it’s been proven to make people overall happier.  To hold yourself accountable, social media is a great tool to share what makes you happy.   Trust me, it’ll be a fun challenge and after the 100 days you’ll realize how lucky you are to have all you do and that there’s much to be happy about.

“Like” the challenge on Facebook  and start the challenge!
