The USDA Economic Research Service (ERS) hopes to inform and enhance public and private decisions on the policy and economic issues related to food, agriculture and environment and rural development. In addition, it provides facts, expert economic analysis and general information.
It strives to ensure all children have access to safe, nutritious and balanced meals. Also, does it’s part in improving food security by helping to promote American agricultural production and biotechnology exports.
