Hi everyone! How many of you check out the weekly grocery chain flyers’ sales and make a grocery list? And stick to it? While that may be asking a lot for some, not only can meal planning help reduce overall food costs, but health costs as well.
Don’t worry, meal planning doesn’t have to be a chore. There are dozens of websites that recognize the daily responsibilities families and individuals juggle with on a daily basis, coming up with recipes that are made with 5 ingredients or less.
I love this concept and want to incorporate more of these recipes into my daily routine. As always, tweaking recipes to fit your preferences and needs can be part of the fun!

Some of my personal favorite recipes come from Allrecipes.com. I’m looking forward to making baked salmon fillets dijon and simple parmesan chicken. What’re you planning to try? Happy cooking!
